The Measure Up Podcast is a labor of love for the measurement community. Jim Gianoglio and Simon Poulton first met during the pandemic as they worked to keep the North American Measurement community engaged by helping to organize the first Virtual MeasureCamp (North America) - as we set off on this journey, we discovered a shared curiosity pertaining to all aspects of digital measurement. Jim took the lead to start the show in April 2023, and shortly after invited Simon to join the show. We truly do this from a love of the community and our hope is to democratize access to measurement education by way of speaking with interesting folks across the industry!

I have a Master of Science in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, where I focused on Business Intelligence & Data Analytics.

He has over a decade of experience working with some of the worlds largest brands like NBC & Whirlpool to help them connect the performance marketing dots and focus on metrics that facilitate growth.

In addition to guiding marketing measurement strategy for various organizations, he is also a renowned speaker, author & industry contributor speaking on topics related to data privacy, business intelligence & attribution.
